I didn't really deal with Matthew Cavaness as far as I know. My salesman Henry did a great job in terms of getting the truck ready and answering my questions; the only issue was that the car wasn't ready know. But I was happy for the tradeoff as the service department did a complete brake job and multiple checks (warranty/recalls) to get the truck in perfect shape before picking it up. More
