I was so impressed with this dealership and the outstanding customer service I received from the entire staff. The sales team were knowledgeable and extremely accommodating. Will and Henry were both amazing in the sales department and putting together my deal. They both worked with me throughout the process of purchasing my new vehicle and were honest, considerate and made the overall experience memorable. Oscar in Finance was also great! They gave me a great deal on my trade in and worked hard to get me where I wanted to be on my new vehicle. I will absolutely be purchasing additional vehicles from Riata Ford. More

Before coming to Riata Ford, I had been driving the same car for over 11 years, and I knew it was finally time to say goodbye to my old car and get myself something safer with less maintenance. After go car for over 11 years, and I knew it was finally time to say goodbye to my old car and get myself something safer with less maintenance. After going to about 4 other dealerships in the Austin area, I was about ready to give up. **Let's be honest - car shopping can be exhausting and dreadful! On top of that, there's also a shortage in inventory, which didn't help either... Upon arrival at Riata, I was greeted by Kevin Wood, one of the managers. He was very welcoming and connected me with Henry to help find me the car of my dreams. Henry is very communicative, respectful, and kind. He worked closely with Kevin throughout the process to get me to a price that I felt comfortable with. Henry never once made me feel pressured into buying something, nor did I ever feel he was hungry* for sale. All in all - friendly people & nice experience. More

I am very pleased with the salesman I had. Mr Smith went above and beyond to help me due to circumstances above and beyond to get my trade in for a newer car that I could physically get in and out of easier above and beyond to help me due to circumstances above and beyond to get my trade in for a newer car that I could physically get in and out of easier. I was delayed almost 2 weeks getting the car I wanted! Then got sick on top of that! I finally got my car almost 3 weeks after and the dealership was a great help! Thank you RIATA FORD!!
