For the record, I did respond to you privately and gave you my name and a chance to get back to me hours ago, but of course the outcome is that you didn't bother to respond to me or reach out with a call, which has been a huge part of my frustration with this dealership as a whole as there's zero accountability. You didn't return my call two days and you wouldn't take my call yesterday. You have no desire to fix this or take responsibility, so please spare me the fake gesture to understand the situation.
