Despite of what I have read some negative reviews on sub-Reddit, my purchase experience with Lexus of Stevens Creek was positive. I requested a price quote through Edmunds.com for an RX 350h and negot sub-Reddit, my purchase experience with Lexus of Stevens Creek was positive. I requested a price quote through Edmunds.com for an RX 350h and negotiated the purchase price over the email/phone. Due to low supply inventory, I ended up ordered the car and it took about a month for build time and delivery. Heman Samaniego, the sale representative was wonder to work with and he provided routine updates of the vehicle delivery status. Picking up the vehicle was rather quick and simple, around two (2) hours visit, including paperworks, tutorial of vehicle functions and safety features, and no post sales pressure what-so-ever. More
