Hello! I've been in the industry since 2012 where I started out in the shop while going to school for Automotive Technology at Porter and Chester Institute in Enfield, CT. I've since moved behind the desk to assist customers in the service drive. I've worked at two other dealerships and have returned to Bolles where I got my start in the industry. Ellington is my hometown and I enjoy seeing familiar faces and look forward to working with our customers.

They took care of my Three Recalls without a hitch! After long overdue recalls on my part. I contacted Bolles to schedule service and they looked up the recalls based on my trucks vin number, checked t After long overdue recalls on my part. I contacted Bolles to schedule service and they looked up the recalls based on my trucks vin number, checked to see if they had all the parts available, set up an appointment and rental. The day came my truck was dropped off the night before a rental was provided. The next day Bolles called and said my truck was ready. All went without a hitch. I'm happy that I contacted Bolles for my recall issues. More

Great choice for Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep I came to Bolles for a simple oil change and was impressed by the full service received. Not only did the service department check and top off all flu I came to Bolles for a simple oil change and was impressed by the full service received. Not only did the service department check and top off all fluids, but brakes and tire tread were checked along with wiper blades. Many service departments claim to do these additional things but rush the customer out the door without a printout or simple summary of their vehicle's status. At Bolles, I received a printout detailing my service and a quick rundown as well, which was much appreciated. The only reason this is a 4 star review instead of 5 star is because my servicing took a while to complete at about the 1 hour and 15 minute mark from my scheduled appointment. To be fair, the service department was very busy that morning and they still took the time to do the job well. Thank you Bolles! More

Exceptional, especially that day Having a general drop off all day appointment, I wasn't concerned when I had not received a call with an update on the service I was seeking by late a Having a general drop off all day appointment, I wasn't concerned when I had not received a call with an update on the service I was seeking by late afternoon, but called to check. I talked to hilary when I called after 4 PM who was honest and up front about being short handed on techs that day and being unsure if the fcm swap and charging system diagnostic I sought would be done. When I stopped by at about 5:30, not only was I told the swap was completed, but the diagnosis was done and the simple repair was being completed. To top it off, the tech who worked on my truck, Dave I think, came over and explained what the problem was when he brought in the paperwork and keys. Above and beyond work by multiple members of of the service department in my opinion. More
