Hello! I've been in the industry since 2012 where I started out in the shop while going to school for Automotive Technology at Porter and Chester Institute in Enfield, CT. I've since moved behind the desk to assist customers in the service drive. I've worked at two other dealerships and have returned to Bolles where I got my start in the industry. Ellington is my hometown and I enjoy seeing familiar faces and look forward to working with our customers.

General maintenance. I bought my vehicle at Bolles (second one) and have always brought it there for service. Exceptional, especially that day Having a general drop off all day appointment, I wasn't concerned when I had not received a call with an update on the service I was seeking by late a Having a general drop off all day appointment, I wasn't concerned when I had not received a call with an update on the service I was seeking by late afternoon, but called to check. I talked to hilary when I called after 4 PM who was honest and up front about being short handed on techs that day and being unsure if the fcm swap and charging system diagnostic I sought would be done. When I stopped by at about 5:30, not only was I told the swap was completed, but the diagnosis was done and the simple repair was being completed. To top it off, the tech who worked on my truck, Dave I think, came over and explained what the problem was when he brought in the paperwork and keys. Above and beyond work by multiple members of of the service department in my opinion. More

I Was disappointed to find out that they no longer have express lube service and I was told that of Aug. 1st I would need to make an appointment. Thou they did take me right in. I thought they should have notified me by email. As I have been a regular service customer on all my service on my last 2 cars purchased from this dealer.! I do have to say that the person I normally deal with (Dan) was out on a road test and the two people I delt with today i did not know and the did not know me. More
