Only reason I bought my car there was because of Hilda...she's such an amazing person.. i wanted her to receive the commission. Other than that, it's been a nightmare. Would never recommend this dealership. Negotiated a price with Hector and came to an agreement on the maximum price for my Honda Civic. Shook my hand and told me congratulations. Waited 3 hours for the car t with Hector and came to an agreement on the maximum price for my Honda Civic. Shook my hand and told me congratulations. Waited 3 hours for the car to be detailed. Got into the financial office to be told my MAXIMUM negotiated price didn’t include taxes and fees.... ok so what do you think maximum means? Very disappointed and definitely put a bad taste in my mouth. Will not be purchasing from Honda of Freehold again. On another note, Hilda and Miriam were great. Update: Manager, Steve Gallo urged me to call him to discuss the matter further. When I called, he told me he would call me back. That was a week ago. When I called again, he didn’t pick up. I left a voicemail but have not heard back. Very unprofessional and rude. Very dissatisfied. Looks like the owner needs to clean house. More

We had a good experience, but I didn’t like that many employees kept removing their masks inside. It made me want to leave several times. Also, you should wipe down the phone between uses. I had to talk to my insurance on the same phone used by the employee without it being wiped down. With covid spiking, it’s better to make people feel really safe. More
