This dealership experience was shockingly bad. Please avoid at all costs. We were lied to in the midst of purchasing a used Subaru, promised they would make it up to us, then proceeded to undercut Please avoid at all costs. We were lied to in the midst of purchasing a used Subaru, promised they would make it up to us, then proceeded to undercut us again. Unfortunately, we will not be getting our Mazda serviced here, nor buying a vehicle from here, and we highly recommend other buyers or anyone getting their Mazda serviced to go elsewhere. This is a dishonest dealership. We leave very disappointed today, with our time wasted. Mazda of Wesley Chapel, do better. More
