Their professionalism and attention to detail continue to exceed my expectations. During an oil change visit in January, Gilbert identified a potential issue and possible leak. Because I needed to leave quickly for a meeting, I was informed that it was safe to take the vehicle home and return the following week for further inspection. Claudio promptly confirmed that the necessary repairs would be covered under my warranty and arranged a complimentary loaner vehicle, which I truly appreciated. When I returned the following week, the check-in process was smooth and efficient, as it always is with Claudio. Since Alfa loaner vehicles were unavailable, he personally escorted me to the on-site rental partner to ensure I was taken care of. The rental process was seamless. The next day, Claudio contacted me to confirm the issue had been diagnosed and repaired. He explained that my vehicle would be ready for pickup the following day after service was completed and the car had been washed. In addition to addressing the original concern, the team proactively identified and replaced the gear shift under warranty. They also noticed that the driver-side seat adjustment buttons were damaged — something I had forgotten to mention — and repaired those as well. I truly appreciate their thorough inspection and attention to details I might have otherwise overlooked. Overall, the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Went in for oil change Claudio Perez was amazing as always. Making appointment was super easy and he was great at follow up. Have to drop off car to get car assessed and will provide courtesy loaner. Claudio made sure to keep me updated via text and visited me in waiting room. He made sure car was cleaned after oil change. Tech tha completed the oil change did his inspection and went the video showing things that need to be addressed. Claudio was thorough and made sure everything was explained and what was covered under warranty and what was not while proving estimate for anything that I was responsible for paying.
