The Hawk Jeep Dodge Chrysler in Forest Park is, by far, the worst dealership I have ever been to or purchased a car from. Unprofessional, unethical, uninformed and down right regrettable with myself that the worst dealership I have ever been to or purchased a car from. Unprofessional, unethical, uninformed and down right regrettable with myself that I followed through allowing myself to be pressured to complete the transaction. I have never been treated so poorly and lied to with such a large transaction. The young finance manager actually had the gall to look me in the face and tell my the price I saw online for a year old pre-owned car had changed by $6k in less than 5 days as cars do similar to the likes of stocks and precious metals?! The salesman couldn’t have looked and acted more unprofessional, in street clothes, as the whole team at the dealership was, nobody had a piece of clothing on to identify who they were or that they worked for the dealership. I certainly won’t be taking my car there for service as I overheard a service rep calling a customer ‘mama’ as he negotiated over the price of something leading me to believe the service team is just as unethical the the sales team. Definitely would never have my wife being the vehicle in by herself and he spoken to that way. More

Shopped around at a few Ram dealers in the chicagoland area and Hawk was by far the best experience. I already knew what I wanted and was able to streamline the process with Horacio over the phone and tex area and Hawk was by far the best experience.
