We are really happy with our new Jeep Wrangler. It’s exactly what we were hoping to find. The purchase process was disappointing, however. Several texts and emails confirmed the VIN of the specific Jeep we were interested in, and an appointment was confirmed including that morning shortly before our arrival. When we walked into the dealership, they seemed to have no idea we were coming. We had to start the VIN process all over again and the Jeep was in the back of the dealership, not prepped or cleaned for our arrival or a test drive. What’s the point of all the earlier technology-driven communication if it’s not used by the sales staff to get ready for a possible purchase? Our arrival was not welcoming at all. The rest of our visit progressed as expected although it was unfortunate (but not surprising) that the staff attempted to up-sell us several protection packages. Ultimately we bought the Jeep we wanted but the positive vibes of the pre visit communications were offset by the disappointing welcome. More

I would strongly advise others to read all documents carefully and consider other dealerships before committing to a purchase here. Trust is essential when making such a significant investment, and unfortunately, that was lacking in my experience. More
