Another wonderful experience! This is the 10th Hyundai I have purchased since 1988 and of those 10 purchases, 7 of them have been from First Team Hyundai. I have always been treated in a professional, courteous and fair manner and would most highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. The staff members are friendly and knowledgeable and I have never felt as though I was being manipulated or pushed into a sale. Keep up the great work!! More

Great Experience at First Team I was just browsing and honestly was not planning on buying from First Team as I had previously been servicing my Jetta at the VW dealership and was n I was just browsing and honestly was not planning on buying from First Team as I had previously been servicing my Jetta at the VW dealership and was not thrilled. I was very impressed at the commitment and professionalism of Horatio and Renee. I was especially impressed that David Dillon (First Team President and General Manager) was out on the grounds making sure that everyone was being thoroughly helped and satisfied. We got an overview from David and he was quick to answer our questions and was knowledgeable of his dealership. That impressed me as usually the president does not generally interact with customers. The leadership and help I received, along with a bunch of great incentives that I could not refuse, convinced me to purchase my new vehicle at First Team. More
