Sales staff were very cordial , respectful, well spoken, professional appearance, very knowledgeable on product offerings. 3. Process very streamlined and efficient , without feeling rushed. 4. All interactions with all staff- even ones not related to sales were excellent!!! First Team has an excellent staff, excellent training and we will be purchasing from them here forward. 5. We originally came in to purchase one vehicle but due to the excellent customer service, attention to what our needs were, by listening to us, and his experience and knowledge by Horatio Doregos, my wife and I purchased two vehicles from him. Jake St. Clair and two other gentlemen at the desk aided significantly (sorry they did give me names but I do not have their cards handy), it was a true team effort and we bought two new Hyundai's because of the care and attention by these people. I have always been treated in a professional, courteous and fair manner and would most highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. The staff members are friendly and knowledgeable and I have never felt as though I was being manipulated or pushed into a sale. Keep up the great work!! More
