Dealing with a car salesman is not my favorite thing to do… I wanted a new car and was apprehensive about looking. My guard was up big time when I walked in. I was greeted by Hormis with a pleasant exchange. We chatted about what I would like, drove the vehicle I selected and went to the sale. There was ZERO pressure. I mean zero! I had a personal, unexpected hiccup and Hormis was patient and kind through the whole process. As far as the negative stereotype car salesmen have and how they are looked upon, Hormis changed that for me. I can only speak for this man and how he deals with his clients. He is knowledgeable, understanding, compassionate and most of all, a man of his word! A rare quality in a person and double whammy for a car salesman! He is absolutely exceptional. I already have given his name to a couple of people also looking for a new car. (I hope they show up, they won’t be sorry) As for the rest of the staff. Everyone I passed by or encountered in any way were professional, friendly and respectful. This was by far the most pleasant buying experience I have ever had.
