Absolute worse sales service I’ve ever experienced. Called at 12 to buy a Mercedes which they couldn’t set up an appointment to test drive at 5.. I was then called back by manager “Tim” to ask if I was actually going to come. Upon my 15 minute early arrival at 4:45pm, Lukasz Krawczyk, the salesperson informed me his manager “took the car home” and it would be back in 45 minutes... In order to see the vehicle and have the manager come back, I was even asked if I “was sure I was going to buy the car”! As well as he told us he thinks it’s pathetic the car wasn’t there either. After an hour of my wasted time at 6pm he informed me, “it will be at least another 45 minutes until he is back.” During my time at Autobarn Suburu the car I was intending to purchase was never there for me to even see let alone test drive and if the car was actually being driven according to what Lukasz was saying it will have another 75 miles on it. If you want to be taken serious when buying any vehicle, this is not the place you want to purchase from. Part 2/2 Came back 4/24/2020 and was luckily assisted by Hormis who was an excellent salesperson and knew more than he needed to, and bought the car. He even offered to have the oil changed in compensation for the additional miles and his coworker Lukasz’s previous mistakes. All in all it was a rough start but ended up being a great deal in the end. My only advice is to avoid Lukasz and deal with any other sales representative, they’re all extremely qualified and well mannered. More

Terrible Experience We have had a bad experience from the initial purchase. The dealership promised to match the best offer we received for the vehicle within 30 days, b We have had a bad experience from the initial purchase. The dealership promised to match the best offer we received for the vehicle within 30 days, but refused to match an offer we received for $750 less. The service department is equally as bad. It took an hour and half for them to complete a scheduled oil change. We asked them to check the SRH's since the dashboard consistently indicates "SRH OFF" and the dealership told us "It's a known issue". We called another local dealership who indicated the fuse is more than likely blown and the SRH are automatic and should never be OFF. Going forward, we will be purchasing and servicing our Subarus from a more reputable dealership. More
