2016 Honda Accord Sport I had been looking for a new car for about a month, doing my research online. I had narrowed my search down to a Mazda 3, CX3, CX5 or a Honda Accord I had been looking for a new car for about a month, doing my research online. I had narrowed my search down to a Mazda 3, CX3, CX5 or a Honda Accord or Civic. On Saturday, I was at the Mazda dealership across the street and looked at the Mazdas. I decided to look at the Hondas at Norm Reeves on Sunday. The first thing you will notice if you compare Honda dealerships is that Norm Reeves has a lot more inventory than other dealerships. The Honda Accord Sport model is a pretty "hot" car and they had quite a few in stock in comparison to other dealerships. I arrived at Norm Reeves around noon and walked the lot. There was no pressure, no salesmen approached me allowing me to roam freely. I really liked the Accord Sport, so I went into the office to ask for a salesman. I was assigned to Hossain Ahmed. He was very laid back, again no pressure or hard sell tactics. Nobody likes to be "held hostage" at a dealership, so time was the most import to me. I never like to haggle, as long as I get a fair deal - I am satisfied. I explained exactly the terms I was looking for and was satisfied with what they had to offer. I'm sure I could have gotten a better deal if I pressed, but again, my time is more important to me than saving a few dollars. I was in and out in about 3 hours. Ziggy in Finance was a pleasure to deal with, very personable. The only negatives I would have are the same things you will get at any dealership. Trying to upsell added coverages and services is a little annoying, but I understand they have a job to do. All and all, a very painless experience. I would recommend Hossain, Ziggy and Norm Reeves to anyone looking for a new car. Take into account, I am not a high maintenance customer, so your experience may vary :) More
