I had talked to Howard the night before making sure they had the specific vehicle in stock, and which so they did. We came in the next day, and Howard greeted us with a welcoming smile. We wanted to make sure we were approved for buying before we ever stepped foot in any vehicle so we don't waste anyone's time. Which Howard completely understood, and made us feel so comfortable during the process. He made sure my 3 year old who was with us, was comfortable, and was understandable with her young patience. Howard came back and said we are good to go, and went on for a test drive. Which we instantly fell in love. We went back to the dealership to discuss numbers, and coming in to buy, we were realizing that leasing the vehicle is the way to go. Every step of the way, Howard made sure that we knew he was on our side, and wanted to get the best deal for us, which he did. You can tell he truly loves what he does, and the people he interacts with always leave with a smile. He never pressured us into getting anything extra, or purchasing any options that weren't a necessity. He took me for a test drive and after that sat down with me and we work on pricing and we didn't have to keep going back and forth about pricing. It didn't take long for me to make a decision and once I did that all the papework went very quickly. With his help i was able to get the vehicle i was looking for. I'm very happy with the vehicle I purchased and would definitely recommend this dealer again especially working with Howard. I have been looking for over a month but couldn't find what I was looking for until i went to Gerald Nissan. More

When I initially met him at the dealership while having some service work done on my older Nissan Pathfinder, I told him I would be back to look at new vehicles in about a month, and to not "bug" me until then. He honored my request and never was a pest, like many car sales personnel and dealerships, for the whole month I worked with him. He let me test drive a couple of Nissan Murano's very thoroughly, and even on my own, but was then available to answer all of my questions. I also had many additional questions that he answered in a timely fashion via e-mail. Howard was never "pushy" and followed up on all requests. He makes buying a vehicle a pleasurable experience!
