The fact that this dealer has a 5 star review seems suspect. The Germain name is not what it used to be to be. To make a long story short I had a written quote for a civic. The day I was suppose to com suspect. The Germain name is not what it used to be to be. To make a long story short I had a written quote for a civic. The day I was suppose to come in to purchase I was contacted and told it was sold. Not to worry another car was on the way. 6 days later the car is there except they changed the terms. $900 increase and it required me financing with them. No misunderstanding or confusion just The usual shenanigans.. More
