Had agreed to a payment via text , we got there and the payment had gone up, after back and forth they finally agreed to the first payment we had agreed on. They had to get the car from another dealer so w payment had gone up, after back and forth they finally agreed to the first payment we had agreed on. We had asked if they could call the other dealer to ask if the front plate bracket was installed and if it hadn’t to not do it, which I don’t think they did, they offered to remove it and plug it which we agreed on. At the time of pick up , we inspected the vehicle and found that the front bumper area where the plate bracket went was cracked and damaged. Dealership agreed to repair it but they were FORCING us to take delivery, we said no and they kept being very very pushy. They made it seem like they were doing us a favor by repairing the vehicle that was damaged, mind you this was a brand new vehicle. We finally agreed for them to pick it up to get it repaired and we would pick it up, I did one more time all through and guess what we found more damage on the tailgate, so we decided to walk away from the deal. We feel like they knew that vehicle had a lot more damage to it which is why they were pushing hard for us to take it off the lot, because once off the lot it’s our problem not theirs. So if you’re buying an EV9 from them white in color with the black top and black and gray interior buyer beware. Their stock is #K20406! More
