From the moment we walked in, Hung greeted us pleasantly and asked how he could help us. From there, he invited us to his office and he began to explain the differences between the various RX 350 models and it was clear that he was incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle. Even though there wasn’t a 2025 model on the lot for us to test drive, Hung arranged for us to drive a prior year model, which was invaluable.
