My delight with Jaffarian Volvo this week can not be overstated! I had been in the market to upgrade my wife's 2019 Volvo XC60 with 10K miles. I had visited several Boston area dealers trying to find a rare new XC60 B6 Ultimate that must have a specific and rare configuration. I scoured dealer websites and there were few options. I was concerned that I might have to amend my 'recipe'. I saw a Jaffarian ad on Facebook and I saw a car that might be a fit. But, Jaffarian was in Haverhill, which I had never even been to and I live south of Boston. But, I wanted the car, if at all possible. I called Jaffarian and got to speak with Alfonso Romano. Alfonso and I hit it off immediately. I was impressed with his knowledge and willingness to help. I was gushing that I had found exactly what I was looking for. I had given up any 'leverage' because it was obvious this is what I wanted. Alfonso referred me to a salesperson, Hunter Bahr. Hunter called me while I was still talking to Alfonso.. We set up the framework for a fair deal in about 45 seconds over the phone. They offered exactly what I wanted on our trade (when does that ever happen?) and a very fair price on the new car. Hunter was just terrific. He had encyclopedic knowledge of the car, the options and how to expedite the deal. My wife and I actually made the sojourn to Haverhill and we were thoroughly impressed all over again in person. We made the deal and Hunter could not have been straightforward and easier to work with! He wrote up the deal and then we met 'the business guy', usually my least favorite part of any transaction. But, not this time, not at Jaffarian! We met Mo Rochdi, another very friendly and thoroughly professional guy who wanted to be sure we knew everything about the deal and all the paperwork. Mo also could not have been better to deal with. He facilitated the plate transfer and we were able to pick up the new car on Monday, with a completed registration and inspection sticker applied. This all happened as seamlessly and as quickly as I have ever experienced at ANY dealer. At delivery, our delight was enhanced by meeting the estimable Beng Ong, Volvo Brand Specialist Yet another thoroughly professional and very friendly expert. Beng patiently and unhurriedly went over all the features of the '23 XC60 and especially the Google Assistant interface platform. We loved Beng and his knowledge and enthusiasm and people skills. Jaffarian Volvo is The Best Auto Dealer that I have ever worked with: A Team of All Stars at every position! More
