The service person I dealt with was rude and uncaring. He left me sitting in the waiting room when the car was ready. When I finely when to check, he told me that the system should have sent me at text. He left me sitting in the waiting room when the car was ready. But even so that is a poor way to work. All he had to do was take 10 steps around the corner to tell me. It has been long enough ago that I do not remember the details but in general, Noone seem concerned about me and the issues I came in for were not fully addressed. More
