Failed to keep their word on having the vehicle detailed and buffed prior to my picking it up. They stated they would honor this request when I came back to have a missing part installed. They did install t and buffed prior to my picking it up. They stated they would honor this request when I came back to have a missing part installed. They did install the part but the detailing left a lot to be desired with streaks all over the windows and areas that were not cleaned at all. They never did buff the small scuffs out of the paint as they promised. Would not trust them to do maintenance as I would not trust that they did what they said they would. It seemed as if no one truly knew what another part of the team had done or was suppose to be doing. Very disorganized. More

I asked for an inspection, And new tires for the front passenger and driver. When they informed me that it wouldn’t pass inspection they still ran with the inspection test and then took my inspection stic passenger and driver. Went in for my first service on my 2025 Malibu. Was there for almost 2 hours. Was not notified that some price of equipment was being serviced and that’s why it took as long as it did. Had I known Was there for almost 2 hours. Was not notified that some price of equipment was being serviced and that’s why it took as long as it did. Had I known I would’ve had someone pick me up to go run errands why my car was being serviced. When asked what it was going to cost me the next time I came in I was told “I don’t know, you will find out when you come in”. I wasn’t looking for an exact amount just wanted a ballpark figure. Just not very professional. Seemed to be more interested in chatting with coworkers then making sure myself and others were being kept in the loop on the progress of our vehicles status. At the end when receiving my paperwork it seemed like I was a bother to him because I questioned the status of my car as well as what it was gonna cost me the next time. More

I always ask if my car can be ran through the wash after, however it never is. I also would just think this dealership would go above and beyond service if they saw a sticker needing to go on the windshield. however it never is. They said they never got the issue and didn't do anything such as replace the battery to remedy the issue. As soon as i got home and turned the car off the message appeared. More
