We were working off of an insurance case where our previous car was totaled and the insurance check was being held by the bank. We worked out a deal to post date two checks with different dates, post dated, to allow time for the insurance check to be released from hold (two different amounts to be released because it was a large deposit.) On the first date, this past Friday the 20th, they decided to go ahead and deposit both the checks in spite of our agreement. Luckily we were able to cover it. It was spelled out by our salesmen and agreed to on paper. - Most May not be able to get a deal like this worked out or even talked about and is specific to our circumstances, but it promotes a level of dishonesty and distrust in them. I won’t recommend them to another and I will not be back. More

We really enjoyed the relaxed, no hassle, experience. They pretty much gave us free range of the lot and said come find someone if we needed help, had questions, or wanted to test drive any car we wanted-that was what we liked the most. We never felt pressured or pushed to be up-selled. We previously bought a car from a big time dealership and it was NOT a good experience. The Doug Justice team made sure we felt more like family than customers. The paperwork process was fairly quick and went smoothly. The extra warranty options were great and all was explained in detail. We are very happy with our purchase and overall experience at Doug Justice. We will definately be back in the future for our car buying needs. Thanks so much! More
