I bought a 2019 Nissan Murano in which the engine was blown up in..got it home (2hours from their dealership in Paris Kentucky) started having issues with it smoking so took it to our local dealership un blown up in..got it home (2hours from their dealership in Paris Kentucky) started having issues with it smoking so took it to our local dealership under the advisement of Dan Cummins salesman and the engine was full of sludge and warranty would not cover it. They go on and on about their 26 point inspection well guess someone missed a point or two on this one 🙄 because if you were changing oil on it u could definitely see it. Called and had to force someone to get on the phone with me and when they did they talked to me like I was such a bother! After speaking to the service advisor who inspected the car, they decide to let me out of the deal which it was within 72 hours of sale and to have car towed back to their lot. When I asked them for a rental or loaner they told me no it was not their responsibility to provide me with a ride home 😡 and then proceeded to ask me how I got down there in the first place I said well I drove my trade in down there(seriously) so after leaving me stranded I decided I was not willing to do any more business with these ppl and called the owner Josh Cummins, who wouldn’t even answer his phone, who in turn had the manager call me back so I told them I just wanted a check for my trade in and to be done with them so he said well we was going to get u a rental so u could come back down here and pick out another car but ok….I’m sorry but who treats a customer like that? They ended up wouldn’t even give me a check for my trade in and I had to have it towed back to my town because I couldn’t get a ride down there…never have I felt so abused by a car lot. The most appalling thing to me in this whole situation is the owner not having enough nerve to pick up the phone and resolve the situation instead of sending a hateful, condescending punk that doesn’t care about the customers, to do his job for him… I, of course will never do business with them again and I advise anyone else not to either! More

They didn’t have the car I was supposed to test drive but I had picked out a couple extra I liked. Adam was very nice and professional.
