On January 24, 2025 , A purchase a 2020 Tahoe from McKinney Dodge and Mazda dealership, Assistant bus sales and leasing consultant Loriel. She guided me through the process of test drive in several Ta McKinney Dodge and Mazda dealership, Assistant bus sales and leasing consultant Loriel. She guided me through the process of test drive in several Tahoe at different price points, Demonstrating her healthfulness and honesty throughout, Ultimately, I decided to purchase the 2020 Tahoe in his current condition, which meant no warranty was included. I understand the implienation of this decision. After purchasing the vehicle, I began my journey home, And within less than an hour, The check engine light appeared. Upon arriving home, I contacted Loriel, the sales consultant, And informed her of the issues. She promptly called me back, instructing me to return the vehicle on the following next day, and They would address the problem and provide a loaner car. A week later, I returned to retrieve my vehicle and return the loaner car. , As I proceed to get gas, The check Engine light reappeared. I called the dealership again, And they advise me to bring the vehicle back for further examination. Although they were not obligated to repair the vehicle, Given us lack of warranty, The dealership, honestly and generosity and commitment to their products were evident, Unfortunately, The vehicle required attention from the Chevrolet dealership, Resulting in a longer repair. Throughout the process Loriel, General Manger Daniel, Hunter Hixon, and Henry sevice manger Provided in valuable assistance in resolving the issue. I appreciate exceptional service and we will definitely be purchasing another vehicle from them. Do not buy used from this dealership! !! We bought a truck and within 24 hours we had such a transmission issue that we were on the stuck in middle of interstate in first gear. Barely mad !! We bought a truck and within 24 hours we had such a transmission issue that we were on the stuck in middle of interstate in first gear. Barely made back to dealer. They were nice and said they would repair. I purchased extended warranty as well but in this time frame they had to fix. So they told me it needed new or manufactured transmission and kept for a few weeks. Started having same issue and come to find out all they did was bandaid it so warranty could pay for it. When trying to get info for over a week I finally showed up to dealer to finally receive copy of warranty which they could not print at purchase. When I arrived the sales manager did want to get the warranty printed but left after. The guy who sold the truck didn’t even speak to us. Now I have to come out of pocket for the deductible and additional hours to fix transmission because they decided to bandaid and lie. Horrible customer service. Passed from person to person and ignored. As a buyer of 5 brand new dodges I will never go here. I can’t trust them. And when they do wrong they just ignore you! I guess the warranty can get the receipt of their fixing it and realize they should pay for it all. Not me or warranty! Tried to talk to several before going here but left sitting alone on sales floor. Also asked at same time to but the new superbee. They couldn’t get it done. But proudly sporting it because Spartanburg dodge could and did. More

John Reeves was absolutely spectacular! This was my first time buying a car, and he made the entire process incredibly easy, and made sure I understood everything that was happening.
