We arrived at Zeck Ford and proceeded to have about the most pleasant experience one can have when buying a car. No haggling (the price is the price), no pressure (the salespeople are not on commission) and our "personal shopper", Hunter Martin, was personable, helpful, and sincere. Zeck Ford's philosophy seems to be to find the car we want, rather than the car they want to sell us. The only criticism we have is that the music (especially the bass) was too loud and proved distracting while we were making decisions about an important purchase. More

Best experience I ever had purchasing a car! I went into the store and met with Hunter and told him what type of vehicle, mileage and price range I was interested in looking at. He pulled up several options and we reviewed the info on a few cars; Hunter did not try to talk me into anything outside of the parameters I had set for the type of car and budget I had chosen. He was very thorough in going over all the specs on the vehicle I chose and answered all my questions when I did not understand what a certain designation meant. I picked out a car and we did a test drive, and then I drove it off the lot for a few hours to have my husband and family look over the vehicle. My mission to help my brother purchase an auto turned out to be an opportunity to bring home the 2012 Ford Fusion for myself for a great price. Hunter was helpful and friendly and I felt comfortable talking with him and actually enjoyed my experience! Since my brother decided he is interested in a small truck, Hunter is now keeping an eye out for one and I will be happy to work with him again. Thanks to Hunter, the whole car-buying process was painless!!! More

Quick and easy purchase of our Ford Fusion Hunter Martin made my wife and I very comfortable as soon as we walked into the showroom. It was a very warm day and Hunter got us both cold water and asked what we were shopping for. We had checked the internet prior to our arrival at Zeck's and mentioned we were interested in the vehicle we saw online. Martin scanned his inventory and left us in the cool air-conditioned office while he drove our vehicle of choice out front. After a short test drive we returned and quickly started the paperwork. Then we were taken into the Finance office where we met Gene. Again, Gene made us comfortable and with his easy going salesmanship talked us into purchasing an extended warranty. During this time several young fellows detailed our new purchase. I only wish the moment I met these young gentlemen, I had asked them to program the Bluetooth phone system along with the Navigation system. I am still trying to figure out where the SD card slot is and how the Navigation system works.. More
