The tie dye tee shirts really help to calm/relax customers as they approach the building. They create a happy atmosphere and reduce a lot of the animosity toward new car sales staff. Their approach is friendly and not overbearing - which is not typical. The public never likes to be assaulted by sales people. Hunter's approach is the best yet. He was soft spoken and friendly - not overbearing. The best compliment - I already referred him to one of my real estate clients. He is a great young man and Leith is very lucky to have someone of his caliber. He far exceeded my expectations and it's a pleasure to still be in touch with him. It's rare that car salespeople are able to build a relationship with their clients! Shall I say more? More
