The customer service rep ignores the customer, instead they choose to play on their phones until the customer gets upset and asks could they please be assisted. These are your front line people they shoul they choose to play on their phones until the customer gets upset and asks could they please be assisted. These are your front line people they should engage with the customer in the first two minutes max. If you want to create an environment that makes the guest feel welcomed and heard and you want returning business, greet the guest as promptly as possible as possible. Build the connection through engaging conversations and how they can be assisted. Listen to the customer. Never write them off or yes we will find another company that will do it better. More

I was provide a incorrect information when I spoke to a Service representative. I made an appointment for 7:30 AM for emission test only.
