Hunter Pearce is always my point of contact, and he consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that my car is properly serviced, Jeep 3 years ago. Hunter Pearce is always my point of contact, and he consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that my car is properly serviced, to communicate consistently throughout the visit, and to save me money when possible. This last visit, I brought in a new battery that I purchased at Autozone. They “tested” my battery there and told me it was bad but they didn’t know how to install the new battery, so I took it to Hunter at Jeep. Not only did my existing battery test completely fine, but I was able to return the Autozone battery and the whole ordeal cost me less than the battery in the first place. I truly can’t say enough positives about my experience with Frisco CDJ’s service department. More
