The service is Excellent. Brian does a great job of communicating every step of the way. I picked up my truck on Saturday. Also, I wanted to point out that there was a warranty issue on a part in the transmission. The service team detected the issue and had the parts there in a day and my truck fixed and ready to go. More

Hunter was extremely helpful, told him I had another appointment at 9:00 and he got me out in plenty of time to make it. Hunter was also very knowledgeable and was great at giving me updates throughout appointment at 9:00 and he got me out in plenty of time to make it. I prepaid for two platinum synthetic oil changes and filter on 10-2-25. I came in on 4-26-26 for the second oil change and conventional oil was used. Not sure why based on what I prepaid for.
