The minute you walk into the door you are greeted with a friendly "Hello" with everyone you come in contact with. They make sure your car is serviced efficiently to get you back on the road again. The detailing staff does a great job making sure the cars are all clean and ready for sale. Your lot is always clean and organized nicely. Thanks Toyota for always taking care of my vehicles. More

Exceeded expectations All warning lights came on except for low tire, including the triangle with exclamation point--bad news! With an appt for a Thursday (earliest available), I left it at Toyota on Tuesday AM, since the Prius was an expensive paperweight to me-- couldn't drive it. Tuesday noon, Ian Davis called with diagnosis and fix, estimate, and that I could pick it up end of day Tuesday. That's 2 days EARLY! Done and done. More

Exceptional Service This dealership provides excellent service. My vehicle was due for service and I had been informed that I should get brakes when I came in this time. This dealership provides excellent service. My vehicle was due for service and I had been informed that I should get brakes when I came in this time. It turns out that my vehicle was close to its 60K service, too. Ian gave me the option to choose the services to have completed. This allowed me to determine how much I could afford at this visit. He thought it would take most of the day, which would have caused an issue with picking up my son from school, so he arranged for a loaner. His focus all around was me, the customer. I appreciate that. More
