It turns out that my vehicle was close to its 60K service, too. Ian gave me the option to choose the services to have completed. This allowed me to determine how much I could afford at this visit. He thought it would take most of the day, which would have caused an issue with picking up my son from school, so he arranged for a loaner. His focus all around was me, the customer. Honesty is the key here. We have our car serviced (oil change) every March in Tucson at Precision Toyota. They print out a long list of things we need to h is the key here. We have our car serviced (oil change) every March in Tucson at Precision Toyota. They print out a long list of things we need to have done to our car. We don't have them do these things. When we get back to Iowa we take our car in for free tire rotation and have these other items checked. Every time we are told by Toyota Dsm that our car is fine and doesn't need to have the other things done to it. They saved us $1200 this year alone! More
