TRD PRO Experts!!! I tried ordering my 2017 TRD PRO from Big Two and after months of being strung along on a fictitious wait list, decided to call Camelback Toyota. Fro I tried ordering my 2017 TRD PRO from Big Two and after months of being strung along on a fictitious wait list, decided to call Camelback Toyota. From my first phone conversation with Ian Grundstrom I had 100% confidence that if I put down a deposit he would take care of me. Richie Davidson called me back to and offered a very fair price on the Truck especially due to the demand and took my deposit over the phone. Most dealers were offering these PRO's over $50K for months and the price I paid was very fair in comparison. The truck was supposed to deliver in the first couple of weeks in July and it even arrived early. Both of these gentleman did an excellent job keeping me up to date on the status and production of the Truck and I honestly could not be happier with my purchase! They even had patience with me toward the end when I started to get cold feet. This is our 2nd Camelback Toyota and we would highly recommend them for any of your Toyota needs!!! More

As time can be critical for me even though I am retired, Mr. DelaCruz works with me for scheduling of all services for our 2006 Avalon. We have been able to bring in our Avalon late in the evening, discuss Mr. DelaCruz works with me for scheduling of all services for our 2006 Avalon. We have been able to bring in our Avalon late in the evening, discuss what needs to be done, and then pick up the Avalon the next day at our convenience. We never were required to wait around for our car and it has always been ready when Mr. DelaCruz said it would be. I know that Mr. Delacruz does NOT perform the actual services for our car but I know he has some control of when the car is serviced. My thanks then, would certainly extend to the mechanics hidden away from the confusion of the front of the shops. Our thanks would also extend to those who prepare our car to be back on the road with such a sparkle. I would be remiss if I did not thank the Cashiers who also ensure the paperwork is properly bundled together and usually give us a great smile as we leave the area. Lastly but assuredly not the least is our thanks to Ian (Fleet Sales) who actually put us into this special automobile. Our Avalon is NOT just a car! It is an extension of our lifestyle and it is thoroughly enjoyed as we go from place to place. Thank you Camelback Toyota! More
