Run-Around Took truck in for service and seen they had a coupon advertised on their website. Showed it to the cashier she said they WONT honor the coupon because Took truck in for service and seen they had a coupon advertised on their website. Showed it to the cashier she said they WONT honor the coupon because it "doesn't say Dahl Ford" on the coupon even though it's pulled right from their website. Called and asked to speak to the Manager and got "Ian" who said "He's sorry he would have to talk to April who was the cashier and see why it wasn't done" he also said he would call me back. Well he NEVER did, kept calling back and getting the run around from him AND April both saying one has to speak to the other to figure out what's going on and will call back. Well it's been OVER a month and neither one of them have figured it out or called back. It shouldn't be this hard to issue a refund and leave cash at the front desk for customer to pick up. On top of this Ian portraying he's the manager when this website says Dan is the manager. This is ridiculous customer service by both of them and they make your company look bad. Telling me every time I call they're "sorry they've been busy and haven't had time to call me" well I bet if I walked in with $20,000 someone would find time to talk to me. I suggest having my refund ready for me and have Dan call me or don't advertise deals you're not going to honor!! More

Excellent Service I wait for my vehicle when I take it in for routine service. The Sevice team meets me promply, completes a walk around of the vehicle, and gets it in I wait for my vehicle when I take it in for routine service. I am pleasently suprised when they have told me the time would be an hour to an hour and a half and they have it complete much quicker. They are efficent, want to please the customer, and seem to really enjoy thier jobs and interactions with customers. More

Service sucks and lazy. My daughter bought a car from another dealer and took it 2 dahl ford to have warranty service work done. They told us they had replaced the broken par My daughter bought a car from another dealer and took it 2 dahl ford to have warranty service work done. They told us they had replaced the broken part and when the car started having the same problems a few weeks later they denied fixing the problem saying they just reset the computer. Come to find out the person who owned the car before us had taken it to dahl 4 other times over a 1 and a half year time only for them to just reset the computer and send her on her way. Never a dressing the problem. The service department new what the problem was and didn't want to fix it properly. We have now taken the car to a different Ford dealer who is fixing the problem properly. More

Shane Hicks is great at what he does! We followed Shane Hicks from his old dealership as we enjoyed working with him in the past.
