My father has always held the brand in the highest regard being an ex-race car and motorcycle driver and working on the sales side of the business for for the last 28+ years. Part of my Senior year of high school was spent living in Germany where I was able to go see the Welt (have been back twice since) and experience BMW on the road in its native environment. Ian M was very knowledgeable and helpful with our purchase of an X5. He could answer all of our questions and was good with follow up. I am sorry that the person who helped us with initial set up wa purchase of an X5. He could answer all of our questions and was good with follow up. I am sorry that the person who helped us with initial set up was not as knowledgeable. We were also not as impressed with the business manager who had extra warranty information hand written on a scrap of paper (not professional) and then told us the wrong amount to write for the purchase. In was on a whim that we stopped in Otto's BMW to look at the X5 SUVs. We were walking around the upper lot when we ran into Ian. He took the keys to my Yukon Denali, gave me a great price and before I kne the X5 SUVs. We were walking around the upper lot when we ran into Ian. I’m always pleased with the customer service I receive At Ottos. Ian Martin is very tentative to all my needs and works really hard to make sure your experience is phenomenal. No matter what time I called or texted him I received a response. This is my second BMW purchase through him, both times he worked really hard to make sure I got the best rates, my experience was great and I was completely satisfied. We are already preparing for another vehicle in a couple months. Ian will forever be my Sales Associate for as long as he’s at BMW. I also want to say Chad the sales manager work really hard on my behalf as well for my BMW 760. Between Ian and Chad I couldn’t ask for better gentleman to work with on my new purchase.
