My father has always held the brand in the highest regard being an ex-race car and motorcycle driver and working on the sales side of the business for for the last 28+ years. Part of my Senior year of high school was spent living in Germany where I was able to go see the Welt (have been back twice since) and experience BMW on the road in its native environment. Ian was by far the best car salesman I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. He didn’t waste several hours of my time like you would normally do when looking/purchasing a car. Over the many years, I have purchase numerous cars. Some of the experiences were good, bad and so - so. The first time I met Ian Martin was a few years ago and he was at the front desk. We were a walk in and Ian spent quite a bit of time with us answering our questions and he showed us automobiles. The time was not right for us to make any purchases. Fast forward a few years, we again were a walk in and Ian was at the front desk again and BINGO! the rest is history. He was SO patient with me and very informative and easy going. He delivered exactly what we wanted. Mr Martin really is a top sales professional. Ian is an asset to Otto's BMW. We look forward to our continued relationship. More

Ian made me feel very comfortable during the entire experience and answered every question with patience. He knew everything about the car which made the decision process easy. I was also impressed by Noel Montesano, my financial service advisor. He explained everything well and made it simple and fast! Lastly - I have to say my service advisor, Bill Cosenza, is the best in the business. I trust him completely because he always takes care of me and makes sure I am happy with my service experience.
