Best car buying experience ever. The minute I walked thru the doors of Otto's BMW I knew I had found a new home. I was greeted politely, offered water and shown where to wait to be see. Then we were introduced to Ian Martin. He was so very patient with me and answered every question that arose. Upon pick up of my car I was once again greeted by friendly faces. Ian walked me through my new BMW and took the time to answer any questions and told me the process to return for more hand holding with any new questions that should come about. We were ready to visit multiple dealership based on what we look online. We decided to buy BMW at Otto and didnt look elsewhere because Ian was really great. Ian was very patience in terms of helping us deciding what car suits our need. We were in between 3 series sports wagon, X3 or X5. He explained the features of each car which took about half a day. He also gives us honest responds to our questions. It took us 2-3 times visit until we finally settle our choice of getting an X3. He worked with our work schedule to get the car ready and make the buying process easy. He even called us after we got the car and checked on us if things were going ok It really was just not Ian who gave us a great buying experience, but the whole staff at Otto did. From the receptionist desk to the service staff, everyone was friendly and helpful. The place was really nice too and clean. More
