One of the best car buying experiences - purchased 2 Prior to visiting the dealership I did a little research on our personal trade in values and a few of the cars we were interested in looking at. Upon Prior to visiting the dealership I did a little research on our personal trade in values and a few of the cars we were interested in looking at. Upon our arrival we were greeted with a warm welcome and paired with our Client Advisor Ian Martin. My husband and I both test drove vehicles that day. Without hesitation the vehicle my husband wanted to test drive was pulled out of the showroom and Ian paired me with another associate so that I could test drive one I had my eye on. It did not take us long in deciding that we would trade both of our cars. We confirmed a time the following Monday to come in to finalize the paperwork and take posession of our new (to us) vehicles. The service was great. Great consideration was taken in the small details, I’m sure by more than just one employee at the dealership. We have purchased many vehicles over the years and across the country, this was by far one of the best car buying experiences. Never were we made to feel inferior for not purshasing new. Our new cars were meticulously detailed and put on display for us when we took posession of them. We love our gifts we both received and look forward to our follow up appointments to discuss questions we might have. My husband and I both love our new vehicles and wish we had made this decission sooner. We will definitely be back for our next purchases. I had been in for a quick service to top-off my tires as they ne My wife and I wanted a new X5 and the last three 2018’s were on the showroom floor. I had been in for a quick service to top-off my tires as they needed some nitrogen. When I saw the three cars, I knew one would be ours but since this was my wife’s car, I wanted her to pick the vehicle she liked as the features were a little different on one of the models. We made an appointment to come in the next morning when the dealership opened to look at the three cars. She really liked the Black X5 and told the dealership we would return later in day as we had a prior commitment as she wanted too test drive the car. mid afternoon we found out the black car was sold. I told the salesman that it wasnt meant to be.....about an hour later, Ian texted me to add the one feature we wanted to one of the white X5 to acvomadate our needs at no charge to us. That’s the silver lining as we returned later in day, test drove and bought the car. The candid feedback is we would have appreciated a phone call from sales leadership that the car was going to be sold to another buyer, especially since we are 4x return buyers. They have 100% of our sales and service business and as feedback on transparency, it’s important to communicate with your sales staff on open opportunities as it may have given us a decision point to counter for purchase. More
