My name is Ian McCullough. I am from Denver, Colorado. I started in the car industry in the summer of 2019. Before working in this field, I was a Personal Trainer. My goal has always been to advise, encourage, and motivate others. Assisting clients in finding a vehicle that is best suited for them is both a fun and exciting experience to be a part of! My favorite model of BMW is the X4. The coupe-style backing paired with the stance of an SUV is an incredible combination that is both functional and visibly stunning. Having an active lifestyle and being there for friends and family is extremely important to me. From quality time with those I care about, to the amount of effort I place into my own healthy lifestyle, I channel the same energy into fostering a relationship with everyone I meet. We purchased a used vehicle at Schomp BMW from Ian M. and it was probably the best car buying experience we have ever had. A few items were repaired before we purchased the car and one that actually came u it was probably the best car buying experience we have ever had. Ian McCullough made my car buying experience very easy. As a car fanatic and having worked in the auto industry, I am almost always in the market for my next vehicle. This means I visit dealerships very fr As a car fanatic and having worked in the auto industry, I am almost always in the market for my next vehicle. This means I visit dealerships very frequently as compared to most shoppers. It also means that I am picky both in terms of what I expect from a vehicle and what I expect from the salesperson. Ian impressed right off the bat. I hadn’t had contact with Schomp BMW prior to calling 20 mins before I was about to arrive, within an hour of their closing time that day. I told him which car I was interested in (including a second car at a competing dealership in the area) and asked him to have it ready when I get there, to maximize my time. He asked a few more questions to understand me as a buyer and by the time we wrapped up the call, there was at most 15 minutes until I arrived. When I showed up, the car I wanted was ready right out front. It sounds like a simple request, but it’s one that hasn’t been met many times in the past. Cars are more than transportation to me, they are a hobby and a passion. Keeping the car buying experience fun by making it smooth is crucial, Ian had already checked the first box. What happened next also took the experience to the next level. Ian had sought out and printed out the options/packages for his car and the one at the other dealership. Without me even asking? I was blown away. It’s the little things like this that make a tremendous difference in the experience, yet they are so often overlooked. From there, he showed and taught me things about the car that even I didn’t know, which is also a rare thing. Kudos to him and his work. I have already referred friends to him, and will look forward to working with him again in the future. More
