They care about US Soldiers and took real good care of me and my family. I highly recommend Eastside Subaru. Eastside Subaru is a true rarity in the auto buying world these days. Our sales person, Julian, and his manager, Ian, were kind, empathetic and patient with us as we engaged in the process. We had specific t these days. Our sales person, Julian, and his manager, Ian, were kind, empathetic and patient with us as we engaged in the process. We had specific things we were looking for in the vehicle, as well as certain limits on the financial side of things. They worked hard to make it as painless as possible, which it honestly, refreshingly was. Julian stayed in touch with us but was never pushy or dismissive, even when we were overreaching at first for what would fit our budget. Ian was also very helpful in sending quote proposals to help us see how each of the different options would work out. In the end, they really went above and beyond when we came to a decision. We only had one other car and my spouse needed to stay with our child (and we didn't want to have to manage him at the dealership). They accommodated this by finding a way for us to complete the signing and also take delivery of the vehicle in the same day, an unexpected and much appreciated kindness. We're grateful we found them and are definitely going to come back now that we are officially in the Subaru family! More
