I asked her with the new Dodge Charger I bought 2 years ago where she put on paperwork I could re finance in 2 years when interest rates are lower now only almost 10% she was not helpful at all just said ask your local bank I said my bank does not do refinance . I said I will never buy a car at this dealership again! She just walked away from me and said that's ok!!!! How rude crude she was with me I bought the total package everything from her and financed entire transaction This is not a way to treat a customer who will Never buy a car here ever again! Efficient and pleasant. I would look at how much Spanish speaking goes on in the dealership. Since we live in the USA English is our language. All I heard was Spanish.
