I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at McGrath in both Morton Grove and St. Charles. When I purchased my used 2019 Infiniti QX50, my purchase agreement clearly stated that I was to receive two key in both Morton Grove and St. Charles. When I purchased my used 2019 Infiniti QX50, my purchase agreement clearly stated that I was to receive two key fobs. I only received one. I spent more than eight months following up with your team to obtain the second fob, but after repeated delays and lack of resolution, I was forced to give up. Now, the single key fob I was provided is failing, leaving me in a worse position than when I purchased the vehicle. To make matters worse, I have brought this vehicle in for service on two separate occasions only to learn that your facilities do not even have the proper equipment to service the car you sold me. On one occasion, I left my car while traveling for the week, providing ample time for service. When I returned, I was informed that my car had been forgotten altogether and then held for an additional week. I have spent countless hours trying to escalate this issue and get a senior-level leader to return my calls, yet no one has addressed these concerns. This pattern of neglect and failure to honor commitments is unacceptable and reflects extremely poorly on McGrath’s integrity and customer service. I expect immediate action to resolve these issues. More
