Worst car buying experience I have ever had. We had financing done and walked in with a check in hand and appointment to pick up the car. Took 2 1/2 hrs! Sales Manager lied to us, car wasn’t ev We had financing done and walked in with a check in hand and appointment to pick up the car. Took 2 1/2 hrs! Sales Manager lied to us, car wasn’t even ready - had to put gas in etc. Was told the day before they would just reverse it and then tell us that they have to mail us a check. Seriously? we live in Wisconsin and they do not have any idea how to handle that sale. Had a question and had to call five times over seven hours and demand they get someone on the phone before I got to talk to someone and didn’t get an answer anyway. We bought a $50k vehicle and had better service when we bought cheap used cars in the past! More

The fact that I waited more than 4 hours for my car to be detailed after the promised time, ruined the whole process. Whoever mages the detailers needs to better understand how to deploy resources to make th detailed after the promised time, ruined the whole process.
