Not bad. The only downside is they were very sly about adding "mandatory fees". The LoJack, some extra body cover, you know, all that ridiculous stuff they could not sell before the pandemic. Other Acura dealers do the same, but they are at least upfront about it. These guys make it very very quiet, and you realize the surcharges only when presented with the final amount. Other than that, ok experience. Finance department is good. More

Buyers Beware! We have been trying to cancel our warranty and GAP since August!!!! It’s now December!!! Signed all the required docs back on November 4th. I felt cheated by the extra charges added to my used car purchase. I was required to pay for expensive external and internal stain treatment that was added to the car before I bought it. The price I paid ended up being much more than the listed price. Also, someone at the dealership made a mistake and listed the wrong odometer mileage on all official documents including the Carfax. This caused a very stressful situation for me as I tried to get the title and other paperwork corrected after the purchase. More

I just had the worst customer experience speaking with manager Gene who hung up on me and refused to give me his name. After three days of calling in to try to cancel my Driver Care Elite policy I was inf manager Gene who hung up on me and refused to give me his name. After three days of calling in to try to cancel my Driver Care Elite policy I was informed that I had to go back in-person, during a pandemic, to sign the form in person so it can be time stamped. No email, no fax, which is different than the policy that was explained to us when we purchased it. I live an hour away and am not able to go in. What kind of customer service is this??? It’s taken me a couple of months to write this review because I wanted to make sure that everything cleared properly. As with any large purchase like this, you have to be careful to read the fine print a because I wanted to make sure that everything cleared properly. As with any large purchase like this, you have to be careful to read the fine print and ask all the right questions. I didn’t initially but when I did ask questions, both Sam and Ideen were very helpful and knowledgeable. I went there near closing time thinking that I was just dreaming that I could possibly purchase an Acura. In spite of that, nobody ever made me feel like I was holding them up and Ideen tried different ways to help get me financed. I drove home with my extremely happy kids in a used Acura RDX!! Since then, my old car loan was properly paid off and I even got a small overpayment refund, and I just made my first new loan payment a couple of weeks ago! Overall, I appreciate the time these guys took to make sure everything was ok, and they were very patient and responsive throughout the process, and that’s worth a lot in my book. More

We came in just to test drive an RDX, and walked out with a TLX Type S. The team is amazing, they aren’t pushy at all, which I really liked. You don’t feel pressured when you are talking to the team.
