Excellent, thanks to Iggi Barreto and Annie Ramaglia I went to my dealer, Paramus Hyundai, on 5/12/16, to claim my prize in the Big 3-Day Sale Event. To be polite, I'd look at a car, but "knew" nothing w I went to my dealer, Paramus Hyundai, on 5/12/16, to claim my prize in the Big 3-Day Sale Event. To be polite, I'd look at a car, but "knew" nothing would come of it because Hyundai no longer made anything like my 2006 Elantra Hatchback. Enter Sales and Leasing Consultant, Ignatius Barreto , Iggi, who smilingly assured me he had two 2016 Elantra hatchbacks on the lot - 1 black, 1 blue-basic cars, no bells and whistles. "Come take a walk", he said. We did. Wow! The metallic blue color & the design were just awesome, the fabric upholstery just fine. Iggi is a master reader-of-faces...mine gave me away. I'd found the replacement for my 10 y.o. Elantra. While Iggi went to fetch the keys so I could do a test drive, I went to the service dept. to consult with Annie Ramaglia, my service advisor for many years. I needed to think on it overnight. Iggi arranged for my small deposit to hold the 2016 Elantra GT Hatchback overnight and to lease the car on Fri. the 13th, always a lucky day for me. Long story short, thanks to Iggie and Annie, I became the proud, happy owner/lessee of this car on the 13th. I do recommend the Paramus Hyundai dealership particularly if they continue to do whatever it takes to retain Iggi Barreto in Sales and Leasing and Annie Ramaglia in Service and keep these two superb professonal HAPPY and not even thinking about retirement. P.S. The prize I won was a $50 gift certificate for a free Lube, oil change and filter. More
