I recently purchased a vehicle and worked with Igor as my sales rep and received additional help from Seth, the sales manager and Tony Strozina, general manager. I feel as though the service and help provided was exceptional. The car buying process was very smooth and didn't take long. Communication was effective regarding bank approvals and scheduling to get everything completed. Not only that, but Igor wanted to be present when I picked up my car and because my schedule didn't align with his, he brought my car to me! It was a really nice and thoughtful gesture. Fast forward a couple hours after getting my car, I noticed a big scratch on my truck, that I probably overlooked initially due to excitement. When I brought it up to Igor, he worked with the service department to order touch up paint and that will be fixed soon. I have had a great experience and would recommend anyone to go to Patrick Motors. More
