Zeke was a consummate professional, easy to talk to and didn’t pressure me into anything-just allowed me to guide him to what I wanted. The customer experience at Wolf Toyota is definitely above the standard. The team will act with a sense of urgency to get what you want and sets up your buying experience to make you feel like you’re the only person in the room, but doesn’t pressure you into anything. While I was finishing up my paperwork with Igor whom was also first class all the way; the Wolf Toyota Naperville team, unbeknownst to myself was preparing my car to be sent off in their “bat cave” like garage. When I was all ready to go Zeke guided me towards the garage where my newly purchased vehicle was sitting there waiting for me with all the plates on it and everything-I didn't have to lift a finger. I drove out of the garage feeling like action hero or at the very least like I was in some kind of movie. This place went above and beyond my expectations. When you arrive, walk inside the showroom and approach the front desk. Everyone in here is friendly and willing to help no matter who you are. More
