Excellent experience trading in my Honda Fit for a new one. From the time I received an e mail from Courtney Wells letting me know I could look online to see their inventory and set up an appointment to see any From the time I received an e mail from Courtney Wells letting me know I could look online to see their inventory and set up an appointment to see anything I liked, to my actual transaction with Igor Kushnor, I could not have been more pleased. Igor took care of every aspect of the trade in and my old car was checked out, the new one cleaned, and off I drove after filling out final paperwork. The entire event took only two hours, and during that time, Igor answered all my questions and explained the process of notifying my insurance company, meeting with the finance manager, etc. He also drove me in my new car so I could feel how a new Fit compared to the one I traded in, took the time to pair my cell phone with the car, and gave me tips on how to use the manual shift gears. After saying goodby to my red car, I said hello to my new silver one and off I went. The car is great! The service was wonderful! More
