Very personable, attentive and customer service oriented I bought a new 2016 CRV EX-L today at Valley Honda. Igor Kushnar was absolutely fabulous!!! Very personable, attentive and customer service oriented. Since I'm not tech savy, he spent time with me showing me how to use my cell phone in the CRV. He synced it up and gave me lessons! Plus, he showed me all the features of the new CRV. I traded in one that was five years old, and there were many changes in technology. He made sure I knew how to use all of those new features! I drove an hour to get to Staunton because I purchased my previous CRV from Valley Honda 4 years ago. I remembered that was a good experience, so I am a repeat customer from 2012. I would definitely recommend anyone that is in the market for a Honda to go to Valley Honda and ask for Igor :) More

At the dealership, he was our connoisseur before he handed us off to Igor, a true professional who knew what he was selling. He is very enthusiastic about Honda cars since he drives a Accord Coupe. He was patient about last minute color choices and took the time to show the ins/out of the Accord sedan. He synchronized my BT phone to the Hands Free Link and now I can be more efficient with my daily commutes. My folks will be in the market for their next Honda at the same time next year and would like to have Igor as their sales person. More
