I bought my first new car last week at Honda on Grand with Igor Royzengurt. I can confidently say that this was the best dealership experience I could have asked for. My mom and uncle were with me, and w with Igor Royzengurt. I can confidently say that this was the best dealership experience I could have asked for. My mom and uncle were with me, and we went to a few dealerships prior to coming to Honda on Grand. The others had hidden fees for things like "Ceramic Coating" that inflated the price. It's not a great feeling when people try to sell you false products like that and get even more money out of you, so we left. Coming to test drive with Igor was a completely different experience. He was kind to us and understood exactly what we wanted, and he already had the car pulled up when we got there even though we called shortly before showing up. When we asked for an out the door price, he did not argue or go ask for his manager. He did the math in front of us, showed us the total, and gave us a shocking deal. I wasn't even planning on buying a car that day unless I got a deal I couldn't pass up, but I did! I'm very happy, not only with my car, but with my experience as a buyer as well. If I need to buy a car or recommend a dealership to someone, I will be coming to Honda on Grand again! Thanks, Igor! :) More
