Having just purchased a car from Lexus of Arlington I could not pass up on the opportunity to express my gratitude to their wonderful car sales manager Igor Zigic. It should be noted, this is my second review of Igor as I purchased my old car from him back in 2013 when he was a salesperson at a different dealership. Igor was then and continues to be to this day an exceptional Lexus team member. Upon reconnecting with him at Lexus of Arlington, he made sure to keep me updated on incoming vehicles matching my specifications and assigned an amazing salesperson to work with me. This is not surprising as it is in Igor's nature to work closely with customers to ensure their satisfaction but more importantly he makes it his personal mission to find the right vehicle solution for you. His "no pressure, we are here for you" approach is the reason why I purchased a car from him many years ago. Igor puts customers at ease and makes them feel like they are family and even if you are not yet a part of the Lexus family, when you meet and work with Igor you will want to be a member of the Lexus family. Igor is personable, insightful, accommodating and highly professional, I simply cannot say how impressed I am with the service and attention to detail I received from Igor and the staff at Lexus of Arlington. Did not like my interaction with service. I bought the car (Nus Khan) and was promised 5 year scheduled maintenance. Recent service they tried charging me, Service said he checked and couldnt find anythin car (Nus Khan) and was promised 5 year scheduled maintenance. Recent service they tried charging me, Service said he checked and couldnt find anything about it. Have to try to find the paperwork that said 5 year schedule maintenance included. Luckily talked to sales manager and he approved the schedule maintenance for that visit. But he needs proof for future services. More
